Business Office Lead (supervisory position)

The Business Office Lead is accountable and responsible for overseeing the business office operations of the Surgery Center according to established Surgery Center policies.  The scope of responsibility includes but is not limited to: oversight of coding, insurance and patient billings,collections, receipts management, medical records, and scheduling; payment posting; general office management, Accounts Receivable management, and supervision of business office and front desk staff.  The Business Office Lead reports directly to the center Administrator.   We are looking for someone with tremendous initiative who is a self-starter; come make this position your own. 

In order to be considered for this position you must have:

• At least 1 year experience managing/supervising people
• At least 3 years experience working in a medical office, preferably in a surgical setting
• Bookkeeping skills demonstrated by experience or through a test that will be administered if you are interviewed
• Extensive experience with Word and Excel
• Verifiable, excellent references.
  

Surgical Techs / OR Techs
