Our Staff

At the Surgery Center of Silverdale, our staff is our greatest asset. They personify the values of compassion, excellence, and dedication.

The number one goal of every staff member is patient satisfaction, and based on the overwhelmingly positive comments we receive on our patient satisfaction surveys, our efforts are paying off every day. We consistently rate greater than 4.8 on a scale of 5 for patient satisfaction, and constantly receive enthusiastic comments about our caring staff and nurturing environment.

We have a mature, experienced nursing staff who has been part of the community for many years. All our staff, from the receptionist who greets you to the technicians who sterilize the surgical instruments, make excellence in patient care their daily mission.

The management team of the Surgery Center of Silverdale work closely together every day to assure successful execution of our mission. They are: 

Tracy Cregg, CASC – Administrator

Tracy was the first employee of the Surgery Center, hired in May 2007.  Tracy has many years experience in the business of health care, and is Certified as a surgery center administrator (CASC credential).  In early 2011, Tracy was named one of the "135 Administrators to Know" in Becker's ASC Review, a national industry publication.  Prior to coming to SCS, Tracy held numerous positions within the health insurance industry and employee benefits administration where she was a respected manager of over 100 staff members.  Additionally Tracy represented her employer, physicians, and the community on advisory committees and industry groups at the local, state and national level. Tracy's breadth of experience, skills and education, as well as her hands on knowledge of the Surgery Center, allow her to effectively oversee the Center's operations on a daily basis. 

Blake Reiter MD -- Medical Director  

Dr. Blake Reiter has been practicing anesthesiology in Kitsap County
since he completed his residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in
1994. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and
graduated from the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine in 1985.
Dr. Reiter is Board Certified in anesthesiology and is the President of
Bainbridge Anesthesia Associates, PS.  He has been the SCS Medical
Director since its inception in 2007 and actively supports Tracy in
management of the daily operations.

Theresa Antoldi, RN BSN -- Clinical Director

Theresa has been an RN at SCS since May 2009 and in October 2011 she took over the role of Clinical Director.  Before coming to SCS, Theresa was an adjunct faculty member for the Olympic College nursing program.  Prior to that, she retired as a Commander from the US Navy, having served as the Perioperative Department Head for the Naval Hospital Bremerton, and as the Clinical Coordinator at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda MD.  During her time in the Navy Theresa was also deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom and on overseas humanitarian missions.  Now as the SCS Clinical Director, Theresa is a vital part of the daily operations of the center.
